Three Days

The Servant Leadership Academy is a 3-day experience that provides attendees with the ultimate in learning and sharing. Using a customizable blend of large and small group approaches, this program provides organizations the kickstart to enable leadership development. More than presentations, these are highly interactive sessions that challenge the attendee to explore themselves and set forth new leadership horizons.
• Pre-event calls to discuss the needs and wants for your event. Ample time is spent understanding the dynamics of your organization to assist the facilitator in helping you connect the dots of your message and desired outcomes.
• Day 1: learn and level-set; leadership science and art, power/dependency on ourselves, servant leadership mindset and behavior workshops, interactions, prep for day 3 self-reflection.
• Day 2: people at the center, leading versus managing, power of peers, vision/goals and the battle for what and why, fully engaged and leading from behind, inauthentic and the passive aggressive, finding your three leadership pillars, workshops, interactions, prep for day 3 self-reflection.
• Day 3: your authentic leader, calibrating to your strengths, acknowledging and improving your weaknesses, your authentic leader pitch, operationalizing and creating personal sustainability.

Servant Leader Mentoring

Private 1:1 coaching provides the client with interpersonal support which can be done on a one-time or recurring basis. Geared primarily to senior executives or high-potential leaders, our 1:1 service is meant to support the leader across the many dimensions of leadership, which includes Servant Leadership. This interactive format allows the client to explore how they can define their authentic leader and seek extraordinary.
• Video conference to learn about you and what you hope to accomplish.
• Customized materials are then provided to help the client prepare for your first session; Identity of the Leader.
• Identity of the Leader is a 4-hour face-to-face session where we listen and ask questions about your experiences and desires. The last hour of the discussion is to establish the agreed upon way forward; Discovery of Your Authentic Leader.
• Discovery of Your Authentic Leader is comprised of video conference sessions which target the agreed upon focus areas. These 1-hour sessions over three months allows the client and facilitator to discuss current happenings, new discoveries and how to incorporate them into your authentic leader.
• Service includes all Servant Leadership Academy training materials and unlimited access to facilitators via e-mail.
